MD Weight Loss is an innovative weight loss program designed for individuals who want to reach their goals of improved health, energy and self-confidence through safe and sustainable weight loss using a low carb / ketogenic program.
Our priority is to give you enough information to get you started on your weight loss journey, but not so much that you become overwhelmed. We will provide you with the basics on day one. Once you have purchased your program, you will have access to all the resources you need to get started.
If you are seeing one of our MDWL certified physicians, we don’t just help you reach your target. We know people can lose weight. The problem is that once you lose weight, only 10-20 % of people will be able to maintain their weight loss for the first 12 months. For that reason, we will continue to provide support, should you need it, through your first year of maintenance. If you can get through the first year of maintenance, we know you are much less likely to relapse and regain the weight. We don’t just leave you on your own to try to figure it out once you have reached your target weight.
Our goal is for you to never need to have a conversation about losing weight with anyone ever again!
