This recipe is fine for all stages of the program.

- 1/2 pound each cooked shrimp and chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1 or 2 pkg. of low carb noodles (nupasta, miracle noodles, konjac noodles – depends on how much noodle you like in proportion to the meat)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 eggs – beaten
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp powdered peanut powder (PB2 or other brand as you are able to find)
- 2 tsp sugar free ketchup
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- a few leaves of chopped cilantro
- 1 lime

- Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil, cook chicken and shrimp and set aside for later.
- Add a little more oil to the pan and once the oil is warmed, add noodles and cook for 1 minute. While cooking, squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime onto the noodles.
- Add in 1 tsp. of the soy sauce, the paprika and garlic powder & cook for 3 minutes. Lower heat to medium.
- Keep stirring (if needed, add a tiny bit of water).
- Add in cooked meat and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add in remaining soy sauce and powdered peanut powder & cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Add in sugar free ketchup and sesame oil – Cook for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly.
- Add in beaten eggs and stir until cooked
- Add chili flakes and cilantro. Turn off the heat.
- Squeeze the juice of the other half of the lime before serving.
