At my heaviest I was 346 pounds and though I held it relatively well, it always made me feel uncomfortable in my own skin and created self-esteem issues, which also affected my relationships and friendships. I’m more comfortable in my skin and feel sexy and and have confidence that I’ve never experienced before. I went from a size 22 to a size 10 today and, though I can’t credit MD Weight Loss’s program entirely, it has helped push me past the barriers that were holding me back. It’s also become a lifestyle for me that I follow daily."
